●    Your tools for smarter practice

Pitching Area

This is your scoring zone! Learn to flight it low, high, soft, or spinning and dial in your touch from inside 100m.
Putting Green
Short putts, long putts, and a full 18-hole putting course to test your touch.
Range

Train with intent. Learn your dispersion patterns, spot swing tendencies, and developyour go-to shots.
On-Course Coaching

Apply your skills in real game scenarios, guided by a coach who’ll help you make smart decisions under pressure.
Home Practice

Grab a Putting Mat and keep sharpening your stroke between sessions. It’s the easiest way to improve your putting, and a no-brainer if you’re short on time.
Video Feedback

Record your swing regularly (face-on & down-the-line) to track changes and improvements. View our tips below on how to film your swing or speak to one of our coaches who will guide you on how to film correctly.
TPI Screening

Understand how your body moves and how it affects the way you swing a golf club. A TPI screen is essential for reducing injury risk and building a foundation for increased speed and power.

●    Tips on how to film your swing

Recording your progress on your phone is a simple but powerful way to help you and your coach better understand your movement.

Use this for full swings, pitch shots, and putting strokes.

Follow these simple steps:

1.
Face-On: place your phone camera at chest or waist height, pointing square at your chest.
2.
Down-the-Line: set the camera just behind the hands, aligned with ball-target line.

●    How to track your progress

Incorporate these throughout the plan to help measure and monitor your progress:

Driver Test:
20 balls – how many finish within 25 metres of your target?
Bunker Test:
10 balls – how many finish inside 5 metres of the flag?
18-Hole Putting Course:
Measure performance under pressure.
Know your Distances:
Find out how far each club actually goes and create your own distance card. Fine tune and calibrate your distances each time you get out on course until you are happy with your numbers.
