Over 90 minutes, Zack will assess key areas including mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and stability – all essential to an efficient, injury free golf swing. Based on the results, you'll receive a personalised golf fitness programme designed to target your specific needs and goals.
Your TPI journey doesn’t end with the assessment. You’ll also receive weekly check-ins from your coach to monitor progress, provide guidance, and keep you accountable throughout your programme.

This 6-week programme is designed to improve the way your body supports your golf game – from swing efficiency to strength, mobility and injury prevention.
Your journey begins with a full body assessment to identify physical limitations that may be affecting your performance on the course. Based on this, Zack will develop a personalised training plan tailored to your needs and goals.
Each week, you’ll meet with Zack at IHF Health Club for a one-on-one session to track your progress, refine your technique, and adjust the programme as needed to keep you moving forward.
