We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unused, unworn, unwashed, all tags attached).

In its original packaging.
•
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note custom orders, memberships, range balls, gift cards and clearance items, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Online purchases can be returned or exchanged either in person or by post.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team at info@hellergolf.co.nz immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
3. How to Return Your Item
By Post

Email info@hellergolf.co.nz to request a return.

If accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Package your item securely, including your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Post your return to the address provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider).

If accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
In Person Returns
If you prefer, you can return your online purchase in person to our designated return location (contact Customer Service for details).
Refunds and exchanges follow the same conditions as postal returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Please note the customer is responsible for paying the postage for the delivery of replacement items.
