Our Full Set Fitting is a personalised, start-to-finish experience designed to elevate your performance from the first tee to the final putt. This fitting can be run as either a 3-hour session, or two 1.5 hour sessions, depending on what best suits your schedule.

Matt Holten leads club fitting at the Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre with one goal: gear that performs when it counts.

As the former South Island Titleist Club Fitter, NZ amateur rep and touring pro, Matt brings tour-level expertise to the Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre – helping golfers of all levels find equipment that truly fits their game. His deep knowledge of ball flight, equipment, and performance data has made him one of New Zealand’s most trusted names in custom fitting.

Harry Smith

Harry Smith brings tour-level fitting experience and a coach’s eye for detail to every session. After completing his PGA Traineeship in Australia, he gained premium fitting experience with Pureform and coaching exposure at Metropolitan Golf Club, one of the country’s top 20 facilities.

With a background as an Otago representative player and years of coaching across all levels, Harry understands how equipment and swing work hand-in-hand. At Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre, he blends data-driven precision with practical insight, helping golfers find setups that elevate performance and feel.

Steven Yang

●  Trainee Professional

Steven Yang combines technical precision with cutting-edge tools to deliver fittings that are as data-backed as they are player-focused. Certified in Trackman, Sportsbox 3D, and TPI Level 1, Steven uses technology to dial in every aspect of performance.

Currently completing his PGA of New Zealand traineeship under Rodney Yee (2024 NZ PGA Coach of the Year), Steven brings 12 years of playing experience, tournament pedigree, and a sharp analytical approach to every fitting. Whether you’re fine-tuning specs or chasing new distance, Steven’s goal is simple – equipment that performs when it matters.
