We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
1. Rules Relating to the Facility
Access to the Sir Bob Charles Golf Centre is subject to the Terms and Conditions of use. These may change periodically and will be updated online.
Driving Range Members may access the facility, including the use of 2 x Large Buckets of balls per day.
Range balls are not to be shared with non-members or guests, except children aged 12 or under in your care.
Removal of any Heller Golf property (including range balls and baskets) from the premises will result in access being rescinded.
Sharing your access login with non-members is strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in immediate termination of membership access.
Commercial activity, including golf tuition, is not permitted without prior written permission from Heller Golf.
Members may use the pitching and putting greens with their own balls. A maximum of 12 balls may be hit on the pitching green at one time and must be collected before continuing. Range balls are not permitted in these areas.
All signage and instructions from HellerGolf staff must be followed at all times.
2. Subscription Payment Terms
Subscription Options
Members may choose to pay by subscription,either monthly or quarterly, as agreed at the time of purchase.
Minimum Committment
By selecting a subscription option, the member acknowledges and agrees that the subscription is for the full duration of the agreed term (e.g., 3 months, 12 months). Subscriptions cannot be cancelled part-way through the term, and all payments remain payable in full.
Automatic Renewal (if applicable)
At the end of the agreed term, subscriptions may automatically renew on the same basis (monthly/quarterly) unless written notice of cancellation is provided prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation
Early cancellation does not release the member from their obligation to complete payment for the full agreed term. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
Payment Failure
If a payment is declined or missed, Heller Golf reserves the right to suspend access until payment is made and to recover any outstanding balances.
